During our spring cultivation of sea lettuce in our ocean-based seafarm we have been visited by the editor and journalist Richard Orange. We talked about the necessity of developing future resources, about the sustainability of farming, and how seaweeds can help to reach the goal of establishing more sustainable crop species.
